Goods are sold as final sale unless a prior agreement is in place.

7 DAY CLAIMS
All claims are required to be made within 7 days of receiving goods. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order product, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. You may select Invoice Option at checkout even if you're not a pre approved (please note a pro-forma invoice will be emailed through upon your order being ready to ship).
